Robin Clark is a professional artist who specializes in faux finishes, decorative painting,murals and children's murals for walls, ceilings, cabinetry and furniture. After earning her degree in studio fine arts and art history at the University of Houston, she worked briefly in human resources and academia while perfecting her painting techniques. Robin honed her precise color skills while working in a paint store where she had to visually match colors without the use of computers. She further developed her knowledge of faux painting by taking numerous local classes. Knowing art was her true passion, she started providing professional faux finishes and painting and murals in 2000 and has been creating beautiful spaces ever since. Robin is the preferred artist for Pamela O’Brien and Room Redo and has completed numerous projects all over the greater Houston area, including children’s rooms, nurseries, ceilings, master suites, powder rooms, kitchens, media rooms and even laundry rooms and garages. She has also provided decorative painting,faux finishes, murals, logos and signage for conference rooms, training rooms and other commercial projects. In her spare time, Robin loves salsa dancing. She lives in the Kingwood area with her daughter, cats, parakeets and a gecko named Geico the wonder lizard.
